Meet Dr. Art Salinas
D.D.S.
Born and raised in McAllen, Texas, Dr. Salinas first earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas. Guided by a mentor, he later pursued dentistry and completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at UTRGV.
He graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry – Texas A&M Health Science Center in 2014 and was admitted directly into a residency at the University of Nebraska, where he specialized in Periodontics.
After residency, Dr. Salinas returned to the Rio Grande Valley, where he co-founded Cornerstone Periodontics & Implant Dentistry with Dr. Stacy Beltran. He has been proud to serve patients across the Valley with advanced periodontal care and dental implant treatment.
While in residency, Dr. Salinas and his wife welcomed identical twin daughters and later a third daughter. Outside the practice, he’s an avid golfer who enjoys time with friends and family.
Meet Dr. Stacy R. Beltran
D.D.S., M.S.
Born and raised in McAllen Texas, Dr. Beltran earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science at the University of the Incarnate Word before completing her dental training at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. She completed a 3-year residency in Periodontics, earning the prestigious John F. Prichard prize for graduate research, a publication in a peer reviewed journal and a Patent award for her research. Dr. Beltran returned to the Rio Grande Valley to serve her community in 2014. Since her parents and grandparents are originally from Brownsville, Dr. Beltran appreciates practicing in the area where she developed fond childhood memories. When she’s not working, she enjoys being a mom to her beautiful son, Dominic.

Dr. Chris Ibrahim DDS is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with over a decade of experience in the field. A graduate of the prestigious University of Southern California School of Dentistry, he completed his surgical residency at the Medical College of Georgia also known as Augusta University.
Specializing in procedures, Dr. Ibrahim is renowned for his precision and dedication to patient care. Outside the operating room, he is passionate about education and mentoring the next generation of surgeons. Dr. Ibrahim is committed to providing the highest standard of care, helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes.
